Tom Yeung and Joanna King from Success Management have formed a team made up of former Managing Directors, Psychologists, Facilitators and Business Specialists who work with business owners and entrepreneurs to grow their businesses to their Prime position.
They believe that businesses are like any living organism. They are born, they grow and mature, and they age and die. However, unlike other living organisms they can accelerate growth, reverse ageing and avoid health issues which could lead to an early demise.

Tom Yeung MBA, BA(Hons) is Managing Director of Success Management. He has a wealth of business experience gained from over 20 years blue chip experience, where he worked on and launched countless household brands, led domestic and international business development projects, before becoming a Managing Director of a company operating within a maturing market. He took that business from £38m to £42m+ within 3 years, delivering record profits.
Tom has experienced the Life Cycle process for himself. He wants to use this knowledge and incorporate his experience to help SME businesses accelerate growth. Tom is committed to working deeply with business owners to find bespoke solutions and “Plan for Prime!” He is also really clear that you cannot approach business with only your head! He believes we must be emotionally engaged in order to become great!

Joanna King BA Dip Couns MBACP is a psychologist, counsellor, trainer and facilitator. She has been working with adults over fifteen years to enable them to reach their full potential. Joanna and the Psychology of Success Team are all qualified and experienced counsellors who work alongside the Business Strategy Team to support deep diagnosis, by creating safe environments for open discussion and decision making, thus helping team members to work through emotional barriers to change.

Charity being showcased... The One to One Project offers free counselling and befriending to adults whose daily lives are affected by mental illness. The project is based in Kings Lynn, but has outreach bases in Swaffham and Downham Market and has been running for nearly 25 years. The counselling and befriending services are offered by volunteers. Clients are offered up to a year of weekly counselling or befriending, allowing clients to work at their own pace.

The One to One project also offers group work and is currently offering three groups. Separate Self Confidence groups for men and women and, their newest venture; a group for 16-18 year olds. These groups are hugely popular and always have people waiting to attend them. They are a real opportunity for people to be with others who can understand and accept them and where they can explore their issues and try out new things in a safe environment.

The Project is also a very important resource for trainee counsellors. Counsellors in training are offered highly supported placements and all counsellors are offered monthly supervision and professional development training. Befrienders are able to study for an accredited befriending qualification with the project.
