BUSINESS SOLUTIONS SESSION.

Whether Sole Trader, Partnership, Micro-Business or Small Business, we are all confronted by emerging PROBLEMS on an ongoing basis.

- Nervous of cold-calling prospective clients.
- Worried about networking face to face - effectively.
- Bothered by how to overcome financial issues.
- Baffled by how to achiveve an effective website.
- Confused by the raft of on-line social networking opportunities.
- Concerned by looming staff issues.
- Unsure how to generate more leads.
- Nagging doubts about a legal issue.
- etc, etc.

Devised and facilitated by our own Chris Liles, Antidote's BUSINESS SOLUTIONS SESSIONS work on the basis that people actually enjoy helping other people. Also that within our Antidote Community we have a vast resource of business knowledge and experience just waiting to be tapped. Problems are truly just challenges to be overcome - with some Antidote help.

Here's how the BUSINESS SOLUTIONS SESSION system works:

1. You choose a problem that is confronting you in your business life.
2. Summarise the essence in a few words and email it to Chris (chris@liles.co.uk).
3. Your problem will be treated by him/us in strictest confidence.
4. Chris/we will research if needed & possibly call-in expert/s advice.
5. 'Popular' problems will be given priority. (Yours may need to be discussed at a future session)
6. On the night your problem will be presented to the group ANONYMOUSLY for suggested solutions.
7. Answers and/or 'best practice' will be encouraged from those attending on the night.
8. Our Panel of Experts will be on hand to give advice as needed.
9. You will gain ideas to overcome your issues
10. By hearing responses to other people's problems you may gain solutions to avoid future problems!
