Our Event Terms and Conditions are very simple:

All seat bookings made and not confirmed as cancelled by the cancellation date (normally the Friday before the event) must be paid for.

We reserve the right to invoice the named indivudal/company for unpaid seats in the case of un-notified non-attendance.

We reserve the right to change the program from the advertised speaker. In such cases, beyond our control, the entry fee cannot be waived and an alternative speaker will be provided.
